The whole machine is processed by a large-scale five-sided milling machine for the guide rail surface and drilling. The key parts of the machine are imported high-quality accessories, which have high processing precision, large production capacity and a higher degree of automation. The imported high-precision ball screw is used for transmission, and the wear resistance of the screw is more durable after high heat treatment, and the service life of the whole machine is prolonged.
Using a new type of towline, the signal line and the power line are separated according to the specifications, which can better defend against signal interference. The cable adopts imported high-flexible shielded wire, which has a longer service life.
The platform is turned 85 degrees, and the loading and unloading of large heavy plates is convenient and labor-saving.
